Full Terms and Conditions
We, ViserMark part of SmartViser SAS company, located in 1137A Avenue des Champs Blancs 35510 Cesson-Sévigné - FRANCE, are the promoter.
The ViserMark begins May 16th, 2022 at 10:30 a.m CET and ends on June 17th, 2022 at 23:59 p.m CET (“Promotion Period”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The Contest gives entrants the opportunity to win a smartphone device. We will randomly select the winners from the entrants who have followed VserMark on either Facebook or Instagram and tag two friends or subscribed to our newsletter.
The competition is open to residents of the European Union* aged 18 years or over, except employees of SmartViser and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Multiple entries are allowed as long as different friends are tagged.

You can enter the giveaway by participating on Facebook or Instagram.
You can also enter as many times as you like, but different people need to be tagged in each entry.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winner selection and notification
We will randomly select 1 winner from the entrants who followed all the steps listed above. The prize winner will receive a private message via the entrant’s Facebook, Instagram or email if they have chosen to participate by email. If a potential prize winner does not respond within seven days of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential prize winner will forfeit their potential prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions or declines the prize for any reason, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and ViserMark may award the prize to the next entrant. The winner will receive the prize.

No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, where an event beyond the promoter’s control occurs. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. This will include at least: a mention on the ViserMark social channels and a mention in our Newsletter.

However, by using Facebook or Instagram, you have agreed to their own privacy and use policies.
