We, ViserMark part of SmartViser SAS company, located in 12 B Rue du Patis Tatelin, Rennes, 35700, France are the promoter.

 

Promotion description

The ViserMark Spring Smartphone Giveaway begins October 17th 2021 at 10:30 am CET and ends on October 31st 2021 at 23:59 pm CET (“Promotion Period”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The Contest gives entrants the opportunity to win a smartphone device from ViserMark. We will randomly select the winners from the entrants who have followed ViserMark on either Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, liked the post and tagged two friends or subscribed to our newsletter.

 

Who can participate

The competition is open to residents of the European Union* aged 18 years or over, except employees of SmartViser and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Multiple entries are allowed as long as different friends are tagged.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winner selection and notification

We will randomly select one overall winner from all the entrants who followed all the steps listed above.  The prize winner will receive a private message via the entrant’s social media account (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) or email if they have chosen to participate by email. If a potential prize winner does not respond within seven days of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential prize winner will forfeit their potential prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions or declines the prize for any reason, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and ViserMark may award the prize to the next entrant. The winner will receive the prize from ViserMark.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, where an event beyond the promoter’s control occurs. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. This will include at least: a mention on all social media pages, on our website and a mention in our Newsletter.
