The Vivo X51 is a ViserMark High tier smartphone (between 500 - 700 EURO). The smartphone has the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 765G processor and boosts both high-end flagship performance and low energy consumption.
The Vivo X51 settings allowed us to test the smartphone with two different settings, which included a 90 Hz and 60 Hz refresh rate. Through the ViserMark test protocol, the battery life autonomy was just over 39 hours with a 60 Hz refresh rate, and around 37 hours with a 90 Hz refresh rate. This achieved 171 as a ViserMark Battery Life and Performance score. The average ViserMark score of high tier smartphones is “176”, positioning the Vivo X51 dropped slightly behind some of its direct competitors. Also, the results were translated into 1.5 ViserMark Battery Life Days.
With the 33W fast charge option, we obtained an outstanding charging time of 1 hour and 3 minutes, Vivo advertised 30 mins charging time to 50% which seems correct although it was not verified.

The Vivo X51 ViserMark Battery Life and Performance score reached was 171. As previously mentioned, this positioned this particular smartphone in the low part of the ViserMark high tier ranking table when comparing it to other high tier smartphones of similar battery size. Although the Vivo X51 score is close to other comparative smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 (175) and the Oppo Find X2 Neo (179), there is still room for improvement. To reach the top of the ViserMark high tier ranking table and get a performance score like the Samsung S20 F3 5G (221) or the Huawei P40 Pro (211) changes will need to be made.
ViserMark tests are performed with the strictest protocol in a controlled environment to ensure repetition and consistency powered and automated by SmartViser’s test automation solution viSer. The automation test includes a variety of user actions from calls to social media and periods of standby times.
